Japanese Cuisine Workshop

The third year students of Bachelor in Hospitality and Tourism Management (BHTM), Little Angels’ College of Management, Affiliated to Kathmandu University attended the Washoku, Japanese Cuisine workshop at J’s Japanese Cooking Studio, Jhamsikhel. Chef Junko Naito, Director of Dan Ran Japanese Restaurant, Jhamsikhel, conducted the theory and practical demonstration on Japanese food, such as Sushi, Sashimi, Miso Soup, Tempura, Bento, Yakimono and other Japanese delights.
