In this era of globalization and dynamism changes are inevitable parts of business. Management issues keep on emerging with changes in business scenarios. Contemporary management issues need revaluation of traditional management practices. Managers need to have an in-depth knowledge of dealing with agile managerial issues emerging as a challenge. These issues could be related to marketing, organizational behavior, human resource management, finance, information system management, and entrepreneurship. Hence, this conference aims to comprehend managerial issues, discuss them in a scholarly forum and develop a knowledge base to tackle.

The conference is expected to:
•Provide a platform for professionals, academicians, researchers industrial practitioner to present their concepts and understanding on emerging managerial issues
•Have a cordial exchange of knowledge and feature inspiring talks by academicians, professionals and researchers.

The LACM international Conference is a venue for students, faculty members, experts, and other individuals to disseminate their articles and research papers, and to circulate the results of ongoing research in emerging issues of Management. This conference aims to encourage discussions and stimulate critical comments within the field as well as to enhance networking and potential cooperation among researchers.

Please consider submitting outstanding term papers, recent qualifying papers, independent research projects, or any other related pieces. Submitted papers should be confined to topics within the field of the management and business practices. Papers should employ scientific methods of analysis and/or be of relevance to critical managerial issues. Empirical, theoretical, and policy-oriented contributions are welcome. We are particularly open to creative studies and unique perspectives within the field.

Submitted papers are subject to a screening process to ensure that they fall into the above specified topic as well as to ensure the general quality of the paper. Those who submit their papers will be contacted after submission regarding the status of the review process. Your article should be 3000 – 5000 words. Citations should be completed thoroughly and submitted in a Microsoft Word Document. Before submitting your full paper you need to submit 150-200 words synopsis.
